The STAR method is a structured technique for answering behavioral interview questions in a clear, concise, and compelling way. It helps candidates effectively demonstrate their skills and experiences by organizing responses into four key components.
Example prompt:
“Tell me about a time you had to meet a tight deadline.”

Example answer:
