TemporaryEmployees remain on CRI's payroll for a given assignment that could last from a few days to many months.

Temp to Direct HireThis gives the client a chance to see if the candidate is a good fit before a final hiring decision is made. The employee remains on CRI's payroll for a given period of time, usually 480 work hours, then converts to the client’s payroll.

Permanent Placement The employee is hired by the client without going through a trial period. Sometimes this is a better option when an exceptional organizational ‘fit’ is identified.
