Responsibilities

• Represent clients in employment-related disputes and litigation

• Draft employment policies, handbooks, and agreements

• Provide counsel on compliance with state and federal labor laws

Qualifications

• J.D. from accredited law school; licensed to practice in applicable state

• 2–4 years of employment law experience

• Strong research, writing, and client advisory skills

Compensation & Location

• Location: Los Angeles, CA (Remote with travel as needed)

• Type: Full-time

• Salary: $110,000–$140,000 DOE
